1. Scope
My YouTube Factory is a private content-production tool operated by its owner for the owner's own channels. Access is limited to the owner; public sign-up is closed.
2. Use of platform APIs
The service publishes only through official APIs (YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram Graph API) and follows each platform's terms, community guidelines and rate limits. It does not automate logins, bypass verification, or create accounts.
3. Content
The owner is responsible for every video the service posts. Videos are checked for originality, policy and quality before publishing, and AI-generated or altered content is disclosed where a platform requires it. Posts are private by default unless the owner chooses otherwise and the platform allows it.
4. No guarantee
The service is provided as is. Views, revenue or platform approval are not guaranteed, and metrics are shown only as reported by the platforms.
