1. What this service is
My YouTube Factory is a private tool run by a single owner. It creates short videos and posts them to the owner's own YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public and does not collect data from viewers.
2. Data we access
Only for accounts the owner connects, and only through each platform's official API with the owner's permission (OAuth):
- Basic account information: account ID, display name, avatar (TikTok
user.info.basic; YouTube channel ID and title; Instagram business account ID and username). - Permission to upload and publish the owner's videos (TikTok
video.upload,video.publish; YouTubeyoutube.upload; Instagraminstagram_content_publish). - Statistics about the owner's own posts (views, likes, watch time, and YouTube estimated revenue when available), used to improve future videos.
We do not access other users' private data, contacts or messages.
3. How data is stored and protected
Access tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's server and are never shown or logged. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than publishing and measuring the owner's own content.
4. Third parties
Video scripts and voice-overs may be generated by AI providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech). Only content text is sent to them, never platform tokens.
5. Data deletion
Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time in the platform's own settings (Google account permissions, TikTok “Manage app permissions”, Facebook “Apps and websites”). To request deletion of any remaining data, contact rkql11251027@gmail.com; requests are handled within 30 days.
